Replacement/Exchange Policy
- Claim Period: You have 7 days to report any issues with your purchase. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
- Replacement Options: As per our store’s policies, all our customers can use replacement options.
- Eligibility: Replacement is only available for invalid or previously used license keys (from our end).
- Edition Compatibility: Make sure to order the license for the relevant editions. In case of non-supported versions/editions, we are not liable for any return or refund.
No Return Policy for Digital Goods
- All sales are final. Once a license key is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Why? Digital keys cannot be revoked or resold once issued, ensuring product integrity.
Exception for Defective Keys
- If you receive an invalid or used key, contact support at [email protected] within 7 days for investigation. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If not received within 15 business days, contact us.
